How we recycle it
General Waste
Not all waste can be recycled but it can still be diverted from landfill, most of our general waste that we collected, we convert into (RDF) Refuse Derived Fuel and then incinerate to create electricity at purpose-built waste to energy facilities.
Mixed Recyclables
From plastic bottles to paper and aluminium cans; are just some of the items that you can place in your recycling bin of which we separate and all turn into new products.
Cardboard
We have developed relationships with leading paper mills across the UK allowing us to turn your cardboard into recycled products such as paper, kitchen roll and chip board
Glass
Glass loses no quality during recycling and therefore can be endlessly recycled into new glass products
(WEEE) Waste Electrical & Electronic Equipment
We break your electrical equipment down and core materials including plastics, copper wiring and other precious metals are extracted and undergo further treatment processes to be turned into new products
Food Waste
We convert food waste into renewable resources such as electricity and natural green biogas. As of April 2017, by law any business producing more than 5kg of food waste per week must segregate their food waste and present it for collection by a licensed waste operator. If this applies to you, we have a regular collection solution.
